Fatal Snowmobile Crash In Grey Highlands

A 25-year old man is dead after a snowmobile crashed on a trail in Grey Highlands.

Police, fire and paramedics responded to a call at around 8:45pm Friday night to the crash on an Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs trail on the Town of Blue Mountains–Euphrasia Townline.

Police say a 2013 Ski-doo 800 was travelling northbound on the trail when the operator and was thrown.

Dylan Robinson of Nottawasaga was identified as the rider.

A post-mortem examination is scheduled for today in Owen Sound.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
