High levels of air pollution are possible this afternoon.

An AIR QUALITY WARNING is in place due to the possibility of deteriorating air quality. Hot and sunny conditions are expected to cause increasing ground-level ozone concentrations this afternoon. Moderate risk AQHI values are expected throughout the day with the potential of short-term high risk AQHI values in the afternoon.

When air pollution levels are high, everyone should limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

Owen Sound Attack Captain Santino Centorame is this week's Huron Tractor Player of the Week.
Centorame had two assists and played more than 30 minutes in two games last week.
He was held off the scoresheet in Friday's 4-0 loss to London but made up for it on Saturday, setting up two goals in the Attack's 4-1 win over Windsor.
Centorame has 47 points so far this season in 49 games. He is tied for third in scoring for defenceman.
The Attack are back in action tomorrow night against Hamilton for a morning game against the Bulldogs. Puck drops at 10:30 a.m.
