UPDATE: Bruce Rd. 4 Reopened After Crash

Police were forced to close a section of Bruce Rd. 4 between Wingham and Teeswater following a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday.

EMS, firefighters and police responded shortly after 9am after a truck and a van collided south of Teeswater.

Police say at least one person was injured but no further information has been released.

The OPP closed Bruce Rd. 4 from the northern edge of Wingham to the south limits of Teeswater while officers investigated. The road was reopened around 11:30am.

With a drop in temperature early Wednesday morning and the cold northwest wind, there was slush and ice on many roads.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
