Gadjovich Leads Attack over 67's with a Hat Trick

Jonah Gadjovich had a hat trick in the Owen Sound Attack's 10-5 victory over Ottawa.

Markus Phillips set up three goals for Owen Sound and Matthew Struthers and Chase Campbell each scored twice.

The Attack were 2-for-3 on the power play and out shot the home team 33-19.

Emanuel Vella made 14 saves in the win. Olivier Lafreniere stopped 13 of 17 shots before being replaced by Leo Lazarev who made 10 saves on 16 shots in relief.

The Attack were leading 6-0 by late in the second before the 67's scored three times in a row to made it 6-3 early in the third.

The 67's were able to score twice more in the third but for each goal they scored, the Attack answered with two of their own.

Noel Hoefenmayer led Ottawa's offense with a pair of goals.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
