GOJHL Wrap Up: Cyclones Use Power Play to Win

The Listowel Cyclones made the most of the man advantage scoring all four goals on the power play as they shut out Cambridge 4-0.

Chayse Herrfort scored twice for the Cyclones, both in the third period.

Jakob Lee opened the scoring midway through the second and Keaton Willis added insurance at 16:10 of the middle frame.

Brock Baier earned the shutout with 24 saves. Max Wright suffered the loss for Cambridge, stopping 32 pucks.

Brantford 3 Kitchener 2 (2OT)

Ben Morris' second goal of the game with just 63 seconds left in regulation forced extra time but the Dutchmen lost 3-2 in the second overtime period.

Hunter Dubecki had the game winner for the 99ers at 2:04 of the second overtime period.

Riley Daniels suffered the loss for Kitchener with 27 saves. Evan Reinhart stopped 32 shots for Brantford.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
