Illegal drugs and the dangers they present to young people are the topics of a drug education forum in Wingham Monday evening.
The Huron County Youth Justice Committee Program, in partnership with Huron County OPP, is hosting the forum.
It's designed to help parents and caregivers protect their children from the risks they face due to illegal drugs in their communities. The deadly drug fentanyl is one many drugs that will be discussed at the forum.
Parents, youth workers, and teachers are encouraged to hear presentations from the Huron OPP’s Community Drug Action Team and drug recognition experts.
The forum starts at 7pm Monday night at the F.E. Madill Secondary School in Wingham.
