Two Charged For Trafficking Crystal Meth in Stratford

Stratford Police have laid charges in connection to a crystal Methamphetamine investigation.

The Street Crime Unit was following up on information that two men were distributing meth in the city.

Police arrested a 33-year-old man on March 31, and charged him with two counts of trafficking meth, and possession for the purpose of trafficking meth.

A second arrest was made April 6. A 35-year-old man has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine.

Police seized almost 132 g of methamphetamine valued at over $13,000.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
