Kincardine Fire Causes Hundreds Of Thousands Of Dollars Damage

Damage is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars after a fire burned through a garage in Kincardine.

Friday's fire also damaged a couple of vehicles and there was smoke damage to neighbouring homes.

No one was hurt.

Both Kincardine and Tiverton stations responded to the fire Friday night around 7:30pm on Reynolds Dr.

Bruce County Paramedics, Westario and the OPP were there as well.

Kincardine Deputy Chief Steve Otterman says crews found heavy fire conditions in the garage as well as two cars were on fire in the driveway.

The fire was brought under control but not before causing significant damage to the house and vehicles as well as smoke and water damage to homes on either side.

A cause has not been determined.
