South Bruce Peninsula Seeks New CAO

South Bruce Peninsula Council has officially started the recruitment process for a new CAO.

Council has a goal of delivering supportive and accountable municipal operations, and they expect the new chief administrative officer to provide accountable and progressive leadership to staff.

“Our council is focused on building a positive workplace culture and developing strong leadership in our organization; we want a team that is well resourced and capable, ensuring first class municipal services” says Mayor Janice Jackson.  “This search for a new CAO is something council unanimously supports and we are committed to finding the right leader to continue moving the town forward”.

She says they need first class municipal services as the municipality enters a period of new growth.

Council hopes to have the right leader in place by October.
