OPP Arrest Two Wanted People

Two people wanted on outstanding charges are in the custody of South Bruce OPP.

Katelynn Sims, 29, is being held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for May 8.  Police issued a release back on April 21 stating that Sims was wanted for three counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

And police also arrested Stephen Cardinale, 32, of Brant Township, on charges of theft over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime and two counts of fail to comply. He is being held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for May 10.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
