ABCA Board Happy With Reserves Investments

The General Manager of the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority says Board members were happy with the latest report on their reserves investments.

Brian Horner explains they get a report from their investment representative every six months and at the last Board meeting they were informed that while the TSX possibly up be a half of a per cent, their reserves had earned about 11 per cent.

Horner adds the money earned on investments goes back into the reserves.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
