(BlackburnNews.com photo)The historic Norgan Theatre in Palmerston has succeeded in paying back a loan of $350,000 to the Town of Minto.
The loan was made in 2006 at a time when the theatre was threatened with closure.
The community, including the Palmerston Lions, made a commitment to restore the popular theatre which is now run by volunteers.
It's the location of many first-run movies and other community events.
