Perth Line 86 Closure Starts Tuesday

Construction activity will move into high gear next week at the busy intersection at the west end of Listowel.

Perth Line 86 will be closed from the roundabout to Road 165, beginning on Tuesda, following Victoria Day holiday weekend.  Haverkamp Ave. N will be completed and operational for the Perth Line 86 closure.

The roundabout will still be open during the closure of Line 86. Motorists will be able to access Main St. E, Hwy. 23 S, and Haverkamp Ave. N using the roundabout.

The closure is expected to be in place until mid-to-late July.

All businesses will be accessible during construction.

Tim Horton’s and the businesses in the North Perth Crossings Plaza can be accessed by the Hwy. 23 entrance for the duration of the construction period.

Access to driveways along Perth Line 86 will be maintained during the closure.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
