BWDSB Celebrating Gay Pride Month

Bluewater District School Board is doing its part to celebrate Gay Pride Month.

A number of initiatives are happening at schools across the board, including displaying the Pride Flag at the schools, and activities geared toward diversity, equality, and inclusivity in the schools.

Gay Straight Alliance clubs are available in all secondary and most elementary schools in the board.

All the schools involved are helping to promote LGBTQ awareness and equality, and will continue to do so until the end of the month, and throughout the following school years.
