Hanover Launches Service Review Survey

Hanover is launching a public consultation survey to find out how residents feel about the services provided by the municipality.

CAO Brian Tocheri says they want to ensure they are aligning service delivery with local needs.

The town wants insight from staff, residents, and neighbours who work, shop or enjoy Hanover's recreational opportunities.

The survey and a service delivery inventory is the first stage of a review which will help determine how the town can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their services.

The service delivery review began in April, and will continue through the summer to ensure services are meeting expectations and requirement.

The survey can be accessed by visiting hanoverlistens.ca and will take approximately ten minutes to complete.

It will be publicly accessible until 12pm on Friday.
