Possible Human Remains Found In North Bruce Peninsula

Police are investigating after possible human bones were discovered in Northern Bruce Peninsula.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Tuesday around 11:39am, officers were called to a bush area along Lakewood Country Lane, where the remains were found.

Officers with the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch are leading an investigation with forensic investigators and the Office of the Chief Coroner to determine the origin of the remains.  Police say the investigation in its early stages.
