Minto Mischief Could Have Ended Tragically

Wellington County OPP says an act of mischief to a vehicle in Minto could have turned tragic.

OPP says someone loosened the tires on a passenger vehicle on William Street in Palmerston sometime before Saturday.

OPP say the vandalism was noticed before anyone was killed.

Police says leaving a vehicle less than 100% operational could result in a fatally hazardous situation.

Police warn residents to check their vehicles to ensure they have not been tampered with.
