Six Hurt in Perth County Crash

Six people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Ellice Township.

It happened around 3:30pm on Rd 122 and Line 39.   Perth County OPP say a Toyota traveling north on Rd 122 struck a Ford going east on Line 39 at the intersection.

Four people from the Toyota, including two young children, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.    A fifth person from the Toyota, a four-year-old, was transported with serious injuries.    The driver of the Ford has been treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The Technical Collision Investigators unit assisted Perth OPP officers to determine what happened.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash and has not spoken to police is asked to call the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
