Perth Wellington MPP Warns Better Jobs Act Could Cause More Unemployment

Perth Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece says a report from the financial accountability officer echoes concerns he's been hearing from constituents.

He says the report warns the Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act will cause 50,000 job losses.

Pettapiece says he has heard from dozens of local business owners who believe the drastic changes spell bad news.

He says wiping out jobs is not about fairness for workers, but about forcing businesses to lay off workers or hike prices.
