Lincolns Lose to LaSalle

Dylan Vandersleen was the lone scorer for the St. Marys Lincolns as they fell 4-1 to LaSalle.

The Vipers led 3-0 after the first two periods. Vandersleen put the Lincolns on the board at 15:13 of the third.

The Vipers were 1-2 on the power play. St. Marys was 0-1.

Tristan Lewis stopped 45 shots in the loss. James Walker faced 27 shots in the win.

The Lincolns are in last place in the GOJHL's Western Conference with a 1-5-1-1 record.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
