Wellington County OPP found a prohibited weapon, break-in instruments, stolen property and meth after a traffic stop on Wells St. in Wellington North.
Police arrested a driver for driving under three different licence suspensions, and then conducted a search of the vehicle.
That happened on October 10 at about 10pm.
Shane Ballard, 39, of Mount Forest faces 13 charges including possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
A 38-year-old female passenger in the vehicle, Kasie Ballard, of Mount Forest, is charged with possessing property obtained by crime, and possession of meth.
