Bluewater Family Health Team Receives Donation

The Zurich Has-Beans old-timers hockey team has donated five-thousand dollars to the renovations at the Bluewater and Area Family Health Team building in Zurich.

The team presented a cheque for three-thousand dollars,  and they've pledged to raise another two-thousand dollars over the next two years.

The Has-Beans have supported a number of community organizations over the years including the Bluewater Skating Club and Zurich Scouts.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
