UPDATE: Pedestrian Killed By Train In Puslinch Township

A man from Guelph has been identified as the pedestrian who was hit by train Thursday afternoon in Puslinch Township.

Wellington County OPP responded to the scene on train tracks along Sideroad 20, north of Gore Rd., around 3pm.

The victim has been identified as 59-year-old Martin Woodley of Guelph.

A post mortem will be conducted on Friday, however, the OPP say the death is not considered suspicious.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
