Conners Makes the Cut at Another PGA Tour Event

Listowel's Corey Conners made the cut on yet another PGA Tour event but finished well out of the top ten with a final score of 5-over 289 at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Conners ended the tournament tied for 68th. His best round was his opening round where he shot a 1-under 70.

Patrick Cantlay of the U.S.A. won the event with a final score of 9-under 275.

Nick Taylor was the low Canadian at 2-under 282 and tied for 32nd.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
