Early Winter Driving

Roads are snow covered Friday morning after winter's weather machine got a warm-up overnight.

Snow squall warnings were still up across the region in the early hours of the day, but have since ended. And with the quick freeze earlier last evening, roads could be slippery in spots.

The weather radar is showing bands for snow cutting into the area off Lake Huron from Saugeen Shores south to Goderich so visibility could be an issue in areas.

The high is only expected to reach -4 C on Friday and around 0 C on Saturday.
