Murder Suspect Panovski In Goderich Court Next Week

Murder suspect Boris Panovski will make a brief appearance in Goderich court on Tuesday.

The case will be updated as Panovski needed to get a new lawyer. The court will then select another date for the next appearance.

Panovski’s last lawyer was appointed as a judge, which delayed the trial for the second time.

Panovski faces a first-degree murder charge in the death of Don Frigo of Scarborough and the attempted murder of his wife, Eva Willer Frigo.

The pair were shot while riding horses and training hunting dogs at a competition at the Hullett Conservation Area north of Clinton on September 14, 2014.

Both Panovski and the Frigos were involved in competitive hunting dog trials.
