Bruce Telecom CEO Resigns

Bruce Telecom's president and chief executive officer has resigned.

Bart Cameron advised the Bruce Telecom Board of Directors of his decision, effective immediately. Cameron has held the position for six years.

The Municipality of Kincardine, which owns the company, says the board has appointed Director Tom Sullivan to take over the leadership during the search for a new president and CEO.

Sullivan was appointed to the new Bruce Telecom Board of Directors this year. He has over 40 years of experience in the telecom industry.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
