The rink will be open daily depending on weather conditions. The city opens the rink to hockey or recreational skating on alternating calendar days. The so-called H.O.S.E. rule is in effect meaning Hockey on Odd calendar days and Skating on Even days. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
