Police say they got a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a 21-year-old woman New Year's Day around 4:30am in Grey Highlands. In a release police, say they were told the assault happened earlier that morning.
On Tuesday, a 24-year-old Grey Highlands man turned himself into the Chatsworth OPP detachment and was charged with sexual assault.
He's due in court in Owen Sound February 1.
