The crash occurred about 8:26am Wednesday morning when a westbound tractor-trailer on Perth Line 34 struck an SUV that entered the road.
Perth County OPP, Perth Paramedics, and Perth East Firefighters attended.
Perth Line 34 was closed from Perth Rd. 130 to Station Rd. as the OPP Technical Collision Unit assists with the investigation, but the road is now open.
