(BlackburnNews.com file photo)A collision between an SUV and a tractor-trailer in Perth South sent a man to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
The crash occurred about 8:26am Wednesday morning when a westbound tractor-trailer on Perth Line 34 struck an SUV that entered the road.
Perth County OPP, Perth Paramedics, and Perth East Firefighters attended.
Perth Line 34 was closed from Perth Rd. 130 to Station Rd. as the OPP Technical Collision Unit assists with the investigation, but the road is now open.
SPS Board Chair Kelly Ash confirmed they are aware of the criminal investigation, but said she couldn't provide much of a comment.
