The Owen Sound Police Service says Michael Beckberger has been located and is now in hospital receiving treatment.
He was reported missing after leaving the Grey Bruce Health Service on Friday at around 10:30am.
Beckberger has medical issues and police were concerned for his safety.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
