$15K Worth Of Drugs Seized In Mount Forest

Four men are facing charges after a police raid in Mount Forest turned up $15,000 worth of illegal drugs.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Friday, police executed a search warrant at a home on Princess Anne St. in  Mount Forest and seized a quantity of cannabis, cannabis resin, cocaine and LSD.  A prohibited weapon and a quantity of Canadian currency were also seized.

As a result of the bust, police arrested four men.

Three men from Mount Forest remain in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for Saturday. A fourth man from Mount Forest was released from custody with a future court date. Further information about the suspects and charges have not been released.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
