Dutchmen Ride Early Lead to Victory

Kitchener jumped to a two goal lead late in the first and went on to beat Brampton 5-2.

Jeff Schrattner struck twice for the Dutchmen while Jacob Uridil scored and assisted on both of Schrattner's goals.

Matthew Chan made 23 saves for Kitchener. Travis Smith suffered the loss for Brampton, stopping 25 shots.

Steve Mariani and Austin Gaboury also scored for the Dutchmen.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
