Lisa Hohnstein, 42, was last seen at 11pm on Easter Monday.
Officers had wanted to speak with her as there was concern over her well-being.
OPP Constable Kevin Martin of the South Bruce detachment confirmed Sunday that Hohnstein was found deceased.
Foul play is not suspected.
The OPP would like to thank the community and the media for their help with this investigation.
