Panovski Trial To Resume Tuesday

The first-degree murder trial of 73-year-old Boris Panovski, from Scarborough, got underway in Goderich this week.

Panovsk is charged in the fatal shooting of Don Frigo, from Caledon, and attempted murder for the wounding of his wife Eva on September 13th of 2014 at the Hullet Conservation Area, near Clinton. The trial is expected to last eight to ten weeks.

Jurors were given Friday off and the trial will resume in Goderich on Tuesday.
