Police Searching For Missing Man Last Seen Near Shelburne

Ontario Provincial Police are searching for a missing man last seen near Shelburne.

24-year-old Doug Ardis was last seen on June 6th around 9:00am in the area of 30 Side Road in Shelburne, driving a 2017 silver Ford F150 super crew cab, with plate AW25234.

Ardis is 24 years old and was last seen wearing a dark blue baseball hat, possibly a dark jacket, blue jeans and brown work boots.

According to Doug's brother Sean Ardis, it is also possible Doug was recently in the area of 10th Concession between Singhampton and Flesherton. He says it's possible Doug picked up his work trailer in this area and was heading to a nearby job site.

Sean says a ground search focused on the Mono area yesterday, with a narrow ground search of his direct route scheduled for this afternoon.

Anyone with any information on Doug Ardis is asked to call OPP at 1-888-310-1122, or Crime Stoppers.
