Stratford Hosts The Amazing Race Canada

The Amazing Race Canada will make a stop at the Stratford Festival next week.

The summer series celebrating Canadian heroes will get challenged Shakespeare style.

Stratford Festival Executive Director Anita Gaffney says they are thrilled to have incredible Canadians racing their way through the city to centre stage.

There will be a free public viewing at City Hall on Tuesday, July 31, at 8pm.

“We worked with the producers to dream up a dramatic, skill-testing, on-stage challenge that will have the competitors wishing they’d brushed up their Shakespeare. You won’t want to miss this episode," says Gaffney.

The Stratford Festival, the Stratford Tourism Alliance, the Stratford City Centre BIA, RTO4, the Stratford Destination Animation Project and investStratford worked with The Amazing Race Canada to bring this show to Stratford.
