Hatch Engineering Unveils New App For S.S. Trolley

Hatch Engineering has announced a new app for the Town of Saugeen Shores' S.S. Trolley.

Chamber of Commerce Trolley Chair Ian Trotman hopes an improved user interface will enhance the rider experience, making it much easier to know where the trolley is located, when it will arrive and how many people are currently on it.

Trotman says "we've put a seat counter on, so people aren't waiting 20 minutes to discover the trolley is full".

Trotman says Hatch is serious about making an investment in the community for the long-term, noting the group thought a trolley app was a great way to give back to Saugeen Shores, while solving a challenge in an innovative way.
