A Seaforth man remains in hospital in serious condition following a single-vehicle rollover Wednesday night near the town.

Shortly after 8pm, Huron County Paramedic Services and OPP officers responded to the crash scene on North Line between Bridge Rd. and Hydro Line Rd.

The preliminary investigation found that the lone occupant of a pickup truck was travelling south on North Line when the driver lost control and the pickup left the road. The vehicle rolled and the driver was ejected.

36-year-old Fitzmark Jackson of Seaforth was transported by air ambulance to hospital with life threatening injuries.

North Line was closed between Bridge Rd. and Hydro Line Rd. for the investigation.  It reopened early Thursday morning.
