Interim CEO Named For South Bruce Grey Health Centre

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has contracted the services of an interim president and CEO.

Michael Barrett joined the Health Centre team on Monday. He will lead the organization during the recruitment process for a permanent CEO, following the departure of Paul Rosebush.

Barrett has provided senior leadership to the South West LHIN as its CEO for ten years, and most recently been consulting for other LHINs, including the North East and South East LHINs.

An executive search firm has been selected by the Health Centre's Board of Directors to oversee the recruitment of a new CEO, and that work is now underway.

"We are very pleased that Michael has agreed to join us for this interim period as we embark on our search for our next president and CEO," explains Larry Allison, SBGHC board chair. "This will allow us to take the appropriate time to put the proper leadership in place to ensure the long-term success of the organization."
