Vehicle Drives At Stratford Police Officer; Sparks Manhunt

Stratford Police are looking for a man they say is wanted for assaulting an officer.

In a release, police allege on August 31st a stolen motor vehicle was driven at police officers in an attempt to escape.

The vehicle is described as a beige Lincoln with altered plates.

Police say 35-year-old Jay William Foreman is wanted for multiple offences including dangerous driving and assault with a weapon. He is also wanted by Waterloo Regional and Orangeville police services.

Anyone with information on Foreman's location or the beige Lincoln is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
