New community group hosting information dinner in Dungannon

A newly formed community group is hosting a dinner this Wednesday in Dungannon.

The Dungannon Community Alliance will be hosting the event to share results from a recent survey conducted for Dungannon and the surrounding area, supported by Destination: Prosperity, as well as some community updates.

Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Councillor Jennifer Miltenberg will also be sharing a presentation that she made at the AMO Conference in August.

Dinner will be served by the Dungannon United Church, with the event taking place at the Dungannon Ag Hall. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m., with presentations at 6:45 p.m.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
