UPDATE: Police find West Perth teen

A 17-year old teen reported missing from West Perth has been located.

Johnathon Vincent was found by OPP at an address in Huron County last night just before 9pm.

Vincent was reported missing on Monday.

Police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 17-year-old from West Perth.

The Ontario Provincial Police said Johnathon Vincent was last seen on Sunday at an address in Huron County.

The teen is described as 5'11" tall, 145 pounds, with brown hair that is short on both sides with a long, wavy section on top. He was last seen wearing a black tank top, black and red shorts, and blue high top shoes.

Police and family members are concerned for Vincent's wellbeing, as he has a medical condition which requires regular medication.

Anyone with information regarding Vincent's whereabouts is asked to contact police at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
