$5M Lotto 6/49 winner sold in Owen Sound area

Lotto 6/49 players in the Owen Sound area may want to check their tickets.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) announced Sunday that a $5-million jackpot winner was sold in Owen Sound. OLG did not immediately indicate exactly where the winning ticket was sold.

Another lucky lottery player in the area is sitting on a $500,000 Lotto Max Maxmillions winning ticket, sold before Friday night's Lotto Max draw.

Players can check their tickets by going to the Winning Numbers page on the official OLG website or visiting their lottery retailer. If you think you have a winner, visit the website and follow the instructions on how to claim your prize.
