New Christmas lights for downtown Walkerton delayed

A new Christmas beautification plan for downtown Walkerton has been delayed.

A news release from the Municipality of Brockton states that due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the municipality's control, the shipment of custom-designed Christmas lights has been held up.

The new lights won't be on display for the November 15th Shoppers Night, hosted by the Walkerton BIA.

Brockton is promising to have the new Christmas lights for downtown Walkerton installed as soon as they arrive.
