PJHL Wrap: Hawks close the door; Fiegehen leads Bulldogs to victory

Mike Fiegehen scored a hat trick and set up two more in the Kincardine Bulldog's 9-4 win over Goderich.

Brent West had a goal and three assists in the win and Jordan Caskenete and Logan Swanton scored and set up two each for the Bulldogs.

Mitch Fisher led the Flyers with a pair of goals. Braeden Duncan scored and had an assist in the loss.

Exeter 6 Mt Brydges 1

Mt. Brydges got the first goal just before the midway point of the first period but that would be all the Hawks would allow as Exeter won it 6-1.

Carter McLlwain scored twice and had an assist in the win. Troy Kennedy scored and set up two for the Hawks Sam Dupuis and Jon Baker also scored and had a helper each.

Caleb Pinsonneault made 28 saves in net.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
