Huron County OPP has charged three people after an alarm brought officers to the Hydro One substation on Richmond Street south of Centralia.

Police arrived just after 2 a.m. on Sunday, and found a vehicle at the scene, a pile of copper wire lying outside the compound and a hole cut into the fence.
