Lincolns lose but didn't make it easy for Sarnia

Kyle Curtin stopped 31 shots as the St. Marys Lincolns lost 6-4 to Sarnia.

The Lincolns were down by two in the second period when Blair Butchart put them on the board at 12:37 of the middle frame.

Jon Sanderson extended the Legionnaires' lead with an early third period goal. Carter Schoonderwoerd and Justin McIntyre scored around the midway point of the final frame to tie the game but it was short lived. Isaac McLean's unassisted goal at 12:25 gave Sarnia the lead once more.

Joe Manzur tied the game again a minute-and-a-half later before Clark Allair had the game winner at 16:05 for Sarnia and Logan Gardner added insurance 45 seconds later.
