Rangers allow early goal but rally to beat the Petes

The Petes scored just 19 seconds into the game but that was the only goal they would put up in a 3-1 loss to Kitchener.

Greg Meireles' power play goal at 7:40 of the second would stand as the game winner. Ryan Stephien added insurance just two minutes later.

Nick McHugh set up two for the Rangers.

Hunter Jones earned first star honours for his stellar performance in net for the Petes. He stopped 43 of the 46 shots he faced.

Luke Richardson made 24 saves for the Rangers.
