Vehicles stolen in Grey County

Grey County OPP officers are on the lookout for two vehicles stolen in the county this week.

Between January 7 at 8 p.m. and January 8, 2019, at 8 p.m. a blue 2018 Hyundai Elantra four-door sedan was stolen from a business at Proton Station North in Dundalk.  The OPP were contacted by the owner who reported that they had parked the vehicle on the evening of January 7 and when they returned a day later the vehicle was gone.

On January 8, 2019, at 7:20 p.m., a grey 2008 Kia Rio four-door sedan was stolen from a residence at Victoria Street in Meaford. The owner had started their vehicle to warm it up and when they returned the vehicle was gone

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
